Federal, State and, Provincial
wildlife agencies in the United States and Canada work
cooperatively to monitor woodcock populations. The use of form
3-156 by these agencies provides information that is critical to
the annual assessment of the status of woodcock populations in
North America. This assessment is an integral part of the process
for establishing annual hunting regulations for woodcock.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
