In accordance with section 413(i)(5)
of the Social Security Act, DHHS is proposing regulations including
the following information collection requirements: (1) Section
284.35--the submission of data by a territory for computation of an
estimate of the percentage of children in poverty and the change in
the percentage; (2) section 284.25(c) and section 284.35(g)--the
submission of Food Stamp data and/or alternative evidence that the
child poverty level did not increase by 5 percent or more; (3)
section 284.30 and section 284.35(h)--documentation for the
relationship of TANF to the increase in child poverty
level;....
