Abstract: This information collection requires that all gillnets in the mid-Atlantic area covered by this rule that are fisher, hauled, possessed, or deployed must have two tags per net. The tags are issued by NOAA upon request. The purpose of this requirement is to identify the vessel associated with the net to enforce the net limits or net caps imposed by these regulations.
