Abstract: A uniquely numbered Government credit card has been authorized for making payment for orders under $25,000 placed against certain schedule contracts. Acceptance of the card is not mandatory. In order to verify receipt of orders placed orally, the cardholder's name and telephone number must be included on the packing list.
