This information collection accounts
for the paperwork burden associated with disputes concerning
carriage contained in section 76.61, as well as must-carry
complaints and other petitions for special relief contained in
section 76.7. The information collected in the petition process is
used by the Commission to determine the merits of requests for
special relief. Information collected in the must-carry complaint
process is used by the Commission to make a determination regarding
the must-carry obligations of a cable operator.
