This information is used to determine
whether an eligible person who is enrolled in a program of training
at one training institution is entitled to receive education
benefits for enrollment at a second training institution. The
respondent is the certifying official at the primary school (degree
granting institution).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
