Clarification of owner responsibility for submission of financial
report. HUD SHOULD HAVE INCORPORATED THESE CHANGES IN ITS REQUEST
TO OMB FOR APPROVAL.

The Uniform Financial Reporting
Standards is a standardized format of financial information which
will be submitted electronically. It will bring uniformity and
consistency to the evaluation of financial data. It will eliminate
redundancy.
