Underground construction employers are
required to certify hoist inspections, post various warning signs,
and keep a record of air quality test results to identify
decreasing oxygen levels or potentially hazardous concentrations of
air contaminants to take corrective action prior to attaining
hazardous conditions.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
