Abstract: The data collected in this form is required of APHIS by several environmental statutes, primarily the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), U.S.C. 4321 et seq., and its regulations (40 CFR 1500-1508), and the Endangered Species Act (ESA), (50 CFR 17.11 and 17.12). The data accompanies field-collected samples through chemical residue analysis and is vital to the interpretation of residue results. Government employees, trained in environmental monitoring and familiar with all of the information required on this form, fill it out.
