This information
collection is approved as revised by the 7-31-98 memo from FNS
contractor Health Research Systems. FNS will also 1)ensure that
selected sites achieve "improved outcomes" for clients; 2)compare
the best practices in the 30 site cohort with the 60 and the 141
site cohorts to ensure that the best practices are not just common
practices across WIC agencies; 3) If a common practice should
emerge that FNS deems worth including in the Handbook, the agency
should first contact OMB to justify its inclusion.
