Abstract: The Corporation for National Service end of term/exit form is the mechanism by which an AmeriCorps member's project staff certifies that the member is (or is not) eligible for an education award. The form is also the document to collect evaluative information about a member's service experience. All data is entered into the Corporation's data base.
