The Positive Activities Campaign will encourage adults to become more involved in positive, skill-building activities with youth with the ultimate goal of reducing substance abuse among young people. CSAP will use findings from a feasibility study of PAC, including both process and outcome components, to determine whether the effects from such a campaign can be measured and evaluated. Data will be collected from on-site interviews with key personnel, focus groups, and a baseline and follow-up telephone survey of adults.
