This information
collection request is approved for three years subject to the
following terms of clearance. EPA should verify that EPA Forms
3520-14 and 3520-21 display the correct OMB control number and
expiration date for this collection. EPA should also modify the
instructions to Form 3520-21 found on p. 1 of the form submitted
for clearance to clarify that only the listed categories of engines
subject to regulation need be declared on the form. In addition,
EPA should ensure that Form 3520-14 contains a complete and
accurate PRA Notice. Finally, prior to the next submission of this
collection for renewal, EPA should verify the cost of brokerage
services associated with completion of these forms, and ensure that
its submission to OMB includes all forms, and instructions or other
documents associated therewith.
