If and when the
information collections (ICs) falling under OMB numbers 1103-0036
and 1103-0048 are again submitted to OMB for clearance (in separate
actions, both are today being granted 180-day emergency
clearances), it is strongly recommended that they be combined.
Doing so should simplify the task of the public in evaluating the
overall paperwork burdens that are being imposed upon them by
underlying Police Corps program. Beyond this, it is generally
recommended that all ICs falling under a single program be
combined, to the extent that doing so is feasible, under a single
OMB number.
