refer to the current charts and allow the respondent to simply mail
the card back if there are no changes.

NOAA's National Ocean Service produces
nautical charts to ensure safe navigation. Small-craft charts are
designed for recreational boaters and include information on local
marine facilities and the services they provide (fuel, repairs,
etc.). NOAA collects this information from marinas to update the
chart information.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
