Abstract: 47 CFR section 64.604 implements the shared funding program (TRS Fund) for the recovery of the costs of providing interstate telecommunications relay services (TRS). All carriers providing interstate telecommunications service must contribute to the TRS Fund and complete FCC form 431. TRS providers seeking reimbursement must provide certain data. The information will be used to administer the TRS Fund.
