Abstract: This information collection activity and implementing regulations permits the permanent establishment of tribal self-governance as authorized by the Tribal Self-Governance Act of 1994. The information collected will be used to facilitate and encourage tribes and consortia to participate in the planning, conduct, and administration of those Federal programs included or eligible for inclusion in an annual funding agreement.
