received from the Association of Hazardous Waste Transporters was
discussed with OST and RSPA staff, also following RSPA discussions
with AWHMT representatives. RSPA, on page 10 of their revised
justification, has further elaborated on why they do not believe
revisions to the burden estimates, as submitted, would be
necessary.
