The Head Start Program Information
Report, in use since 1978, collects population statistics about
Head Start enrollees including the number of children enrolled,
they program option they are enrolled in and the services they and
their families are receiving. Information about children's
ethnicity, ages and health care status are also collected. Also
included is information about the program staff such as their
qualifications.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
