Abstract: RUS is proposing to revise its regulations concerning environmental policies and procedures. This proposed rule will promulgate environmental regulations that will cover all RUS Federal actions taken by the electric, telecommunications, and water and waste programs. The regulation is necessary to ensure continuous RUS compliance with CEQ regulations for implementing the procedural provisions of NEPA.
