OMB recieved
several comments on MM Docket 97-138 regarding the location of
Radio Station public files. Specifically, these comments supported
the FCC's proposal that public files be made available at the main
studio vice the city limits. The FCC has permission to make that
change if it adopts this rule change.

will enable FCC staff to determine whether the circumstances are
sufficient to warrant waiver of the main studio rules.
