The proposed data collection is
necessary to address policy questions related to the involvement of
low-income fathers and father figures with their children and with
EHS programs. This data collection complements the national
evaluation of the EHS program, which is being conducted in tandem
with local research and evaluation projects in 17 sites.
Respondents include fathers and father figures who are identified
through the EHS children's mothers. Results will be used by
policymakers to better understand the role of low-income fathers
and father figures in EHS programs and in the lives....
