The RRB proposes to amend its
regulations to adopt new standards for determining when an employee
is disabled for his or her regular occupation. This information
collection is associated with proposed section 220.13(b)(2)(D)(v),
which will offer the employee applicant's railroad employer the
opportunity under certain conditions to provide information to the
RRB regarding the employee applicant's job duties.
