The FCC has
permission to delete the expiration date from the FCC 430 if it
uses an edition date. The FCC should also provide a specific
citation of the Communications Act for authority to collect this
information. Finally, the FCC has permission to use this form (or a
letter equivalent) for additional partitioning and disaggregation
of services, including MMDS. The FCC shall submit information
correction worksheets to document these new uses.

FCC-430 is submitted by certain new
applicants and by existing common carrier radio satellite licensees
and permittees annually if substantial changes occur in
organization structure. FCC-430 is used by the Commission staff to
evaluate the applicant's legal qualifications to become or remain
licensees.
