The FCC should
continue to move aggressively in eliminating the requirement to
file microfiche. The FCC has permission to not print an expiration
date if a revision date is used. The FCC also has permission to
expand use of this form to MMDS and other services as they adopt
disaggregation and partitioning rules, provided an information
correction worksheet is used to document the new uses and revised
burden estimates. The PRA Burden Statement and Privacy Act
Statement shall be revised to conform with the OMB/FCC format,
including the required language from the Debt Collection
Improvement Act.
