Abstract: OMB Circular A-133 "Audits of States, Local Governments, and Nonprofit Organizations" includes information collection requirements for two types of entities: (1) Reports from auditors to auditees (recipients of $300,000 or more in Federal awards annually) concerning audit results and (2) reports from auditees to the Federal Government about the auditees, the Federal awards they administer, and the audit results.
