The OCC needs this information to
identify movements in credit underwriting standards or benchmarks
to more efficiently implement its supervision by risk programs and
processes, including providing timely supervisory guidance to
national banks. The OCC will use the data as a supervisory tool and
will use the information to schedule examinations and other
supervisory activities.
