Information obtained from the
follow-up procedure of contracts and bidders and compiled on SBA
Form 104A will be used by SBA to determine the status to the
contracts and if the contractor needs any SBA assistance. Failure
to obtain this infor would result in an increased number of
delinquent and terminated contracts, jeopardize the existance of a
number of small business, and the loss a very effective management
tool for the COC program.
