should also consider combining additional naturalization forms and

for a long period of time (INS should not experience the stock pile

Section 322 of the Immigration and
Nationality Act enables a United States citizen parent, who is
unable to transmit citizenship on his or her children, to use a
citizen grandparent's residence for transmission. This form is
required so that information on a grandparent's residence may be
collected to establish a child's eligibility for
naturalization.
