The information duplicates information already collected on the LIHEAP Leveraging Report Resource/Benefit Description Pages and the Summary Page. (2) ACF shall send the corrections to OMB prior to the next use of this form.

Abstract: This information is needed to carry out statutory requirements for administering the LIHEAP leveraging incentive program--to determine countability and valuation of grantees' leveraged home energy resources and to determine grantees' shares of leveraging incentive funds. Respondents are States, Indian tribes and tribal organizations, and territories. Participation in the leveraging incentive program is voluntary.
