requirements for records, registration, and reports required of
meat and poultry establishments. This information helps FSIS and
industry account for the receiving and shipping of meat and poultry
products, helps FSIS ensure that only inspected products are sold
for human consumption, and report meat and poultry production in
FSIS' annual report to Congress.
