This collection
covers the reporting and recordkeeping requirements that the FCC
negotiated with industry to implement the Childrens Television Act
of 1990. The FCC has permission to not print the expiration date on
the FCC398 if they use an edition date. The cost burden was
corrected to reflect the FCC estimate. The FCC should work towards
allowing stations to file the information electronically (via
electronic mail) directly to the Commission.
