The FCC should
strongly consider revising their rules to delete this requirement
as part of their efforts to reduce the burden imposed on the
public. While OMB approves the collection, the FCC will be required
to cite specific instances where it used this information should
the Commission decide to request another extension in 2000. If the
Commission cannot make a reasonable case for maintaining this
collection, OMB will consider disapproving it during its next
review.
