This collection
has been modified to include the recordkeeping requirements imposed
by the FCC to strengthen conformance to the CTA. These requirements
add 100 hours of burden -- by requiring filing of completed FCC398
forms (approved under a separate OMB control number). This
collection does not incorporate the comments filed by Fletcher,
Heald and Hildreth concerning other aspects of FCC Rule 73.3526. In
a separate action, the FCC has invited comment on this filing.
Should the FCC decide to change recordkeeping requirements
contained in this collection based on this filing, the FCC will
resubmit this collection as a revision.
