Response to
question 14 should include annualized start-up costs, not costs to

The Maritime Administration requires
approved maritime training institutions conducting merchant marine
training and interested in acquiring excess or surplus property
under the provisions of 46 U.S.C. 1295g to submit a statement of
need in the form of an application.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
