Operating Procedures for
Airport Traffic Control Towers (ATCT) That Are Not Operated By or
Under Contract with the United States (Non-Federal) -- AC90-93
Reinstatement without change of a previously approved
collection
Air traffic controllers,
transportation safety, non-Federal airport traffic control towers
(NFCT) vendors and NFCT managers, and NFCT air traffic controllers
are affected. The FAA has responsibility under 49 U.S.C. and
authority to establish air navigational facilities and provide ATC
services.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
