Abstract: PHAs/IHAs submit information to HUD by completing an application kit for this program. The information will be reviewed and evaluated by HUD against ranking factors, approved or disapproved for funding. Grantees will report annually on the status of their grants. HUD will monitor grantees to ensure that the Federal funds are spent timely and not wasted.
