Approved for use
through 9/97 under the condition that VA continues its discussions
with OMB regarding its underlying methodology for targetting
respondents for the EVRs and mini- mizing burden on such
respondents. These discussions will continue in the context of
OMB's PRA reapproval of VA's rule- making amendment that underlies
this new REGO targetting policy. Finally, the VA immediately must
incorporate the disclosure statements mandated by the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. For the public record, the VA must submit to
OMB the revised forms/ instructions.
