of Lead-Based Paint Hazards in Federally-Owned Residential
Properties and Housing Receiving Federal Assistance -- FR-3482

collection (Request for a new OMB Control Number)
This proposed rule requires the
provision of notice to occupants describing the nature and scope of
any evaluation or lead hazard reduction activities undertaken in
housing receiving Federal assistance and provision of an EPA lead
hazard pamphlet to all purchasers and tenants of housing receiving
Federal assistance (Lead Poisoning Prevention Act, 42 U.S.C.
4822(a)(1)(A)(F)).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
