Abstract: This proposed rule requires the provision of notice to occupants describing the nature and scope of any evaluation or lead hazard reduction activities undertaken in housing receiving Federal assistance and provision of an EPA lead hazard pamphlet to all purchasers and tenants of housing receiving Federal assistance (Lead Poisoning Prevention Act, 42 U.S.C. 4822(a)(1)(A)(F)).
