Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection
This information is needed in order to
determine the condition of the property upon conveyance, the
results of repair contracts, and to monitor contractor performance
in maintaining properties. Also, the sales contracts will be used
as binding contracts between the purchaser and HUD. Respondents are
potential contractors, contractors who work for HUD, and potential
and actual purchasers of HUD-owned properties.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
