Abstract: Peace Corps plans to survey its external customers in order to comply with Executive Order No. 12862 to determine the kind and quality of services and level of satisfaction with services. This information will be used by the Offices of Human Resources Management, Medical Services, Recruitment and Placement to determine customer satisfaction and to improve services to customers.
