The FCC should
expeditiously resolve issues raised by AT&T Wireless and others
involving implementing involuntary relocation at the conclusion of
the mandatory negotiation period. The FCC should also move to
identify the clearinghouse identified in Section 24.241 of the
revised rules.

Proposed collection would allow public
safety licensees to qualify for extended negotiation periods by
certifying to PCS licensees that agency is public safety licensee
and that majority of communications involve safety of life and
property. Information will be used by PCS licensees to determine if
relocated licensees are eligible for extended negotiation period
and to calculate cost of relocation.
