Because the FCC
Form 393 is close to becoming obsolete, the FCC has permission to
use FCC Public Notices as necessary to inform potential filers of
the extension of OMB approval (and expiration date) and to provide
any additional information regarding the Paperwork Reduction Act.
The FCC must ensure that such Public Notices are distributed with
the diskettes and forms issued by the FCC Warehouse and should also
consider posting these notices on the FCC Homepage.
