This request--as
amended by the additional statement submitted by HUD on 6/20/96 is
approved. OMB takes this action with the understanding that the
normal procedure for requesting OMB approval is not possible given
the timing of funding availability for this program. This notice of
action reflects the total burden hours mentioned in the additional
submission of material by HUD to OMB on 6/20/96. OMB approval for 3
months from the date of the agency's request is the maximum
permitted under the Paperwork Reduction Act when an agency seeks an
emergency approval.
