OMB approves this package contingent upon NIH following through with the changes outlined in their correspondences of June 11, 16, 19, and 20, 1996. In particular, NIH agrees that this is meant to be a preliminary effort, utilizing validated and sensitive tests of neurobehavioral function, to study seasonal farmworkers in Florida. The findings will not be generalizable to the national population.
