collection request is cleared on an emergency basis. However, when
the Agency resubmits this ICR for a three year clearance you must
1) explain the reasons for the changes in burden hours; 2) account
for operating and maintenance costs (i.e. outside legal counsel);
and, 3) put the burden hours in chart format showing what burden
hours are associated with the various parts of the CFR.

to approve ordinances.
