This form is used by inspectors to
record findings for electrical systems of used manufactured homes
proposed as security for guaranteed loans authorized by 38 U.S.C.
3712. Section 3712(h)(1) of title 38 U.S.C. requires that such
homes must meet VA standards. Information collected is used to
determine acceptability of units for VA financing.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
