Approved as
amended by DOL's memoranda to OMB of 3/21/96 and 3/26/96. Approval
is granted through June 9, 1996, pursuant to the emergency
collection procedures of the Paperwork Reduction Act. In addition,
DOL shall analyze the results of waivers to determine whether they
achieve their intended goals and outcomes by expanding its standard
monitoring process to ascertain this information, rather than
increasing burden on grantees to provide the data. DOL can then
analyze the results of the information collected and disseminate as
appropriate to grantees.
