Abstract: The karnal bunt regulation restricts interstate movement of wheat plants and plant parts including grain, seed, and straw; used farm equipment and tools; conveyances that move wheat; grain elevators and other structures that store and handle wheat; and soil. Restricting movement of regulated articles from an infected area to a noninfected area will prevent interstate spread of karnal bunt.
