The FCC conducts, as part of their
procurement process, a past performance evaluation to potential
offerors for competitively negotiated acquisitions expected to
exceed $100,000. These requirements are codified in the Federal
Acquisitions Regulations. The Commission will evaluate the
performance of contractors and subcontractors for work completed
during the past 3 years that are similar to the work described in a
particular solicitation.
